Managing the full booking pipeline for hotel functions, from initial enquiry to final invoicing, in vibrant open-house hotels. Fluent German and English language skills required. 24 holidays, plus bank holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in hotel Groups, Events, or Reservations
- Confidence managing bookings and group ownership
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Confidence using Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with OPERA and/or Delphi advantageous
- Professional relationship building and trustworthiness
- Calmness under pressure and solutions-focus
- Supportive team player without ego
- Motivation, proactivity, and collaborative mindset
Tasks
- Manage group and event enquiries from initial contact to execution
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly
- Convert reactive and proactive business opportunities
- Manage the booking pipeline from proposal to final invoicing
- Create detailed proposals and manage client contracts
- Coordinate rooming lists and event detailing
- Build strong internal and external professional relationships
- Communicate event requirements to operational teams
- Prepare and present weekly function sheets to operations
- Conduct on-property show rounds and client planning meetings
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and track trends
- Oversee deposits, billing, and accurate event actualisation
