Requirements
- •Completed scientific university degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or comparable qualification
- •Participation in a leadership qualification program or initial leadership experience
- •Industry experience in innovative components/power electronics and research and development of wide bandgap semiconductors for power electronics
- •Experience in acquiring and managing larger public and industrial research projects
- •Convincing communication skills, confident demeanor, and fluent German and English (C2 level)
- •Ability to lead and motivate an interdisciplinary team of scientists and technicians
- •Committed, responsible, and independent working style
