- •Plan and run commercial launches
- •Prepare all departments for product launches
- •Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including D2C
- •Create pitches, playbooks, and battlecards with Marketing and Sales
- •Train sales teams on positioning, arguments, and target groups
- •Lead Sales Business Analyst activities
- •Analyze sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out data to identify opportunities and risks
- •Conduct portfolio and distribution gap analysis with recommendations for KAM
- •Calculate quarterly commissions for the sales force
- •Enhance BI dashboards, data models, and reporting logic
- •Establish data standards for commercial steering
