Description

In this role, you will be integral to the Quality Assurance team, focusing on managing and enhancing the training system while collaborating with various departments to ensure effective training content. Your work will help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• •Qualification in a scientific field, e.g., pharmacist, biotechnologist, biologist, or comparable degree with a background in the chemical, biotechnological, or pharmaceutical industry
• •Experience in quality control and/or quality assurance in a GMP environment
• •Experience in defining relevant GMP training and conducting GMP training for employees is advantageous
• •Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• •Experience with TrackWise is advantageous
• •Very good German and English skills (at least B2) are required
• •Work permit

Tasks

• •Manage the existing training system
• •Maintain and improve the training program
• •Analyze deviations and quality issues to define future training topics
• •Collaborate with departments to define training content and requirements
• •Work closely with Corporate Quality to share and adopt best practices
• •Participate in all activities within the Quality Assurance department
