- Ability to drive innovation and digital adoption in complex engineering ecosystems
Tasks
- Define and execute global hardware engineering strategy
- Align projects with business objectives
- Oversee projects from concept to delivery

- Serve as technical authority for hardware standards
- Ensure compliance with CE, UL, and ISO requirements
- Drive robust validation methods
- Champion AI-driven tools for CAD automation
- Validate BOM and perform risk analysis
- Embed lessons learned into global libraries
- Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Support bid approvals and feasibility assessments
- Monitor performance through KPIs
- Improve standards compliance and reuse rates
- Enhance first-pass yield
- Act on performance deviations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Hire and develop top engineering talent
- Mentor local leaders
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and innovation
- Act as global interface for engineering standards
- Partner with software and application leaders
- Deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions
