Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Consulting, or related field
- •Multi-year experience and expertise in HR, with strong expertise in Total Rewards or similar strategic HR roles
- •Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional, high-impact projects
- •Expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management
- •Skilled in process design and governance
- •High data literacy and HRIS expertise
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Tasks
- •Translate HR and business requirements into impactful concepts
- •Identify and develop job evaluation solutions using industry best practices
- •Design and implement a global job evaluation framework and governance model
- •Clarify local versus global governance for competitiveness and transparency
- •Develop and execute training and change management approaches for stakeholders
- •Provide guidance and support to local HR teams
- •Support the development and review of a global catalogue of standard jobs
- •Ensure updates and version control in SAP SuccessFactors
- •Establish stakeholder engagement and approval processes for job profile requirements
- •Collaborate with HRBPs, CoE Talent GoA, GBS HR, IT, and external consultants
- •Monitor data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- •Enhance governance models and processes to meet future business needs
