Global Sales Manager - Consulting & Engineering(m/w/x)
Global sales strategy development for industrial services at international provider. Several years of international sales experience in engineering or consulting required. International environment, challenging projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
- Several years of international sales or sales support experience, ideally in engineering or consulting
- Proven track record in developing and executing global sales strategies and managing complex multi-region opportunities
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, pricing strategies, and commercial frameworks
- Experience in matrix organizations and managing cross-functional, international teams
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- High self-motivation, responsibility, and strategic thinking
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
- International travel required
Tasks
- Develop and implement global sales strategy
- Identify market trends and customer needs
- Drive standardization of global sales processes
- Achieve revenue and margin targets
- Promote modern sales tools and digital solutions
- Manage global sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Coordinate regional sales teams and product specialists
- Manage cross-functional teams for integrated value
- Build and maintain global customer relationships
- Support key global account strategies
- Drive digitalization and innovation initiatives
