Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
  • Several years of international sales or sales support experience, ideally in engineering or consulting
  • Proven track record in developing and executing global sales strategies and managing complex multi-region opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, pricing strategies, and commercial frameworks
  • Experience in matrix organizations and managing cross-functional, international teams
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • High self-motivation, responsibility, and strategic thinking
  • Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
  • International travel required
