Global Sales Forecasting Excellence Manager(m/w/x)
Leading regional demand forecasting and S&OP processes for bio-pharmaceuticals. Advanced statistical modeling and forecasting technology expertise required. Preferential consideration for severely disabled applicants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Several years of professional experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain management, ideally within bio-pharmaceutical, animal health, or FMCG environments
- Advanced expertise in forecasting technologies (SAP-IBP, Kinaxis, JDA), statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
- Clear communication of complex, data-driven strategies to senior leaders in global, cross-cultural settings
- Proven experience leading end-to-end S&OP or IBP processes at regional or global scale, translating insights into business recommendations
- Fluency in English
- German language skills (advantageous)
- Professional certifications (APICS or IBF) (advantageous)

Tasks
- Lead regional demand forecasting
- Orchestrate, validate, and improve forecasts
- Integrate market intelligence and commercial insights
- Own monthly demand forecasting cadence
- Ensure strong governance and data quality
- Document assumptions and rationale clearly
- Analyze forecast performance
- Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
- Challenge inputs and highlight deviations
- Escalate key risks as needed
- Act as forecasting business partner
- Communicate transparently with stakeholders
- Support Regional and Global Demand Reviews
- Govern data quality and reporting
- Ensure reliable master and transactional data
- Deliver executive-level insights
- Maintain consistent KPI logic
- Provide reporting via SAC and Power BI
