- •Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- •Effective communication and leadership abilities
- •Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 25%

Tasks
- •Shape the strategic direction of the IPC and I/O portfolio
- •Collaborate with partners, suppliers, and industrial consortiums
- •Facilitate innovation across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and product management
- •Conduct market intelligence analysis to identify portfolio gaps
- •Own technical and market specifications for product offerings
- •Develop a business plan to support sustainable growth
- •Analyze customer needs and value for roadmap planning
- •Track ongoing portfolio performance in alignment with R&D and Sales
- •Lead the product lifecycle management process
- •Analyze current offers and define performance metrics
- •Make decisions on offer obsolescence and end-of-life
- •Set targets and monitor offering costs
- •Provide input to operations functions to enhance competitiveness
- •Collaborate with key countries for alignment with sales and partners
