- Ensure measurable post-deployment benefits
- Embed segregation of duties and policy controls
- Translate procurement and finance requirements
- Define process data requirements
- Ensure supplier and transactional data quality
- Resolve integration gaps
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Embed buying standards and approval logic
- Define global KPIs and enable them
- Standardize supplier onboarding and risk checks
- Standardize contract compliance processes
- Strengthen sourcing-to-contract-to-purchase integration
- Strengthen spend transparency
- Standardize invoice validation
- Standardize exception handling design
