- Design ERP processes and oversee change
- Stabilize and optimize post-ERP processes
- Drive enterprise adoption of new processes
- Enable digital-first and AI solutions
- Prioritize and roll out AI and automation
- Build process excellence and AI-as-a-service capabilities
- Partner with GBS Innovation Hub
- Transition to an AI-augmented operating model
- Manage human orchestration and exception handling
- Manage performance and value realization
- Define and monitor KPIs
- Track benefits from transformation initiatives
- Deliver continuous improvement and measurable value
- Collaborate on service delivery and sourcing
- Integrate captive, outsourced, and digital-first models
- Coordinate distributed resources and hubs
- Lead site leads and BPO partners
- Ensure consistent execution across teams
