- •Outstanding ability to structure complex topics and synthesize insights
- •Hands-on, analytical, and impact-driven
- •Strong business logic and financial mindset around budgets and investments
- •Global mindset with experience working across functions and markets
- •Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1), able to align senior stakeholders

Work Experience

Tasks
- •Own the annual global marketing planning process
- •Build and manage multi-market campaign and launch calendars
- •Develop category and growth frameworks for market strategy
- •Lead budgeting models, forecasting, and investment allocation
- •Define the global campaign narrative and architecture
- •Develop playbooks and strategic guidelines for local teams
- •Create clear messaging, funnel, and briefing frameworks
- •Align with Creative and Activation teams for strategic consistency
- •Collaborate with E-Commerce to align brand and performance marketing
- •Partner with Brand Management to translate insights into strategy
- •Build and evolve global measurement and KPI frameworks
