- •Experience in international and omnichannel environments preferred

- •Lead and scale the global e-commerce business

- •Oversee revenue, margins, pricing, and promotions
- •Lead the E-Shop, Tech Stack, Performance Marketing, and CRM teams
- •Manage forecasting, budgeting, and integrated business planning
- •Drive international market roll-outs and omnichannel expansion
- •Scale performance marketing, conversion, and customer lifetime value
- •Develop CRM strategies for retention and loyalty-driven growth
- •Manage the e-commerce technology and UX roadmap
- •Collaborate strategically with the Influencer Marketing team
