Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Org Design, Finance, Consulting, or related field
- Few years HR experience and expertise, Total Rewards or strategic HR roles, job evaluation methodologies
- Exposure to skill frameworks or role concepts (international context, plus)
- Proven experience in HRIS or Total Rewards systems management (global context, strong project management skills, ideally)
- Expertise in stakeholder management, excellent consulting and communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics
- Analytical and structured thinking, data interpretation, version control, audit trails, collaborative mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), understanding of employment regulations and practices

- Coordinate global Total Rewards activities.
- Implement global Total Rewards activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions.

- Roll out global projects.
- Maintain accurate and effective tools, processes, and documentation.
- Translate HR and business needs into clear concepts.
- Develop documentation for global Total Rewards initiatives.
- Create materials for global Total Rewards initiatives.
- Research industry practices and trends.
- Evaluate and refine job evaluation methodologies.
- Evaluate and refine job evaluation processes.
- Maintain the global job evaluation framework.
- Maintain the global governance model.
- Coordinate the global job evaluation framework.

- Ensure consistent application and adherence to standards.
- Support implementing decision-making criteria.
- Support implementing processes for periodic review.
- Support adapting the Skill Framework and Role Architecture.
- Maintain the global catalogue of standard jobs.

- Track versions of the global catalogue of standard jobs.
- Ensure accurate documentation in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Coordinate requests from stakeholders.
- Gather input from stakeholders.

- Prepare training materials, presentations, and guides.
- Execute training for HR teams and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to local HR teams.
- Monitor available data.
- Identify basic trends.

- Continuously improve processes, documentation, and governance materials.
