  • Define and implement global PPS framework
  • Ensure standardization across all locations
  • Align PPS with corporate objectives
  • Deliver structured Lean training and coaching
  • Facilitate improvement workshops and kaizen events
  • Embed Lean principles into daily management
  • Lead global improvement projects
  • Support local PPS experts
  • Develop and maintain global PPS standards
  • Conduct maturity assessments
  • Ensure consistent implementation and transparency
