Requirements

  • Background in global process, data management, or BPM roles
  • At least 3-4 years of related experience
  • Ability to define and track KPIs
  • Capability to model processes using BPMN 2.0
  • Track record in international data projects
  • Understanding of ERP and system customization
  • Excellent training and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Tasks

  • Define and evolve global Sales and O2C process standards
  • Establish governance rules and KPI sets
  • Drive continuous process improvement and regional alignment
  • Identify and coordinate global process experts
  • Execute advanced training programs and regional knowledge transfer
  • Build a foundation for Process Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor process performance via KPIs and PPIs
  • Analyze process deviations and initiate corrective measures
  • Ensure process integrity and compliance
  • Manage global rollout tasks for specific projects
  • Ensure consistent implementation and business impact across entities
  • Define system-related requirements for SAP SD O2C processes
  • Validate changes and coordinate system testing
  • Conduct rollout changes within the global RFC framework

  • 3 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
