- •Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and cross-regional initiatives
- •Support local and regional sales teams in client activities, including proposal development and negotiations
- •Monitor account performance through KPIs and regular reporting
- •Act as the escalation point for client concerns to ensure swift resolution
- •Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across internal teams
- •Stay ahead of industry trends to adapt strategies and offerings
