Global Head/Director of Account and Liquidity Management(m/w/x)

Requirements

  • 10+ years institutional sales, liquidity management, prime brokerage, or market-making experience
  • At least 3 years leadership capacity experience
  • Track record onboarding and managing institutional liquidity providers, market makers, or prime brokerage clients
  • Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity, and exchange infrastructure
  • Strong existing network across institutional trading firms, market makers, OTC desks, or traditional finance counterparties
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships at C-suite level
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with trading data, liquidity metrics, and P&L attribution
  • Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
  • Sensitivity to regional regulatory environments

Tasks

  • Define and execute global liquidity acquisition and retention strategy
  • Set and deliver quarterly and annual revenue, volume, and spread targets
  • Build and lead high-performing account management team across regions
  • Establish KPIs, workflows, and culture of accountability
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships
  • Prospect, onboard, and optimize liquidity provider relationships
  • Negotiate commercial terms, fee structures, and SLAs
  • Monitor and analyze liquidity quality metrics
  • Work with providers to improve execution performance
  • Partner with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, API integration, and regulatory alignment
  • Advocate for platform improvements and new trading pairs
  • Collaborate with Institutional Sales and OTC teams
  • Deliver unified client experience for high-value counterparties
  • Maintain expertise in global market microstructure and regulatory developments
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Expand the partner pipeline and strengthen brand positioning
