Global Force Management Analyst(m/w/x)
Managing military force requests and GFM policy implementation for EUCOM AOR at a consulting firm. TS/SCI clearance and 7+ years military experience at HQ level required. Up to 10% CONUS/OCONUS travel.
Requirements
- 7+ years military experience at Service HQ, Component HQ, or Combatant Command
- Experience leading/participating in Joint/Operational Planning Teams
- Ability to create client-ready reports, briefings, documents (General, Flag, SES levels)
- Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 10%
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years Global Force Management experience
- Experience with Joint Capabilities Resource Manager
- Experience with Logbook or SMS-logbook
- Experience with Joint Planning Process, Military Decision-Making Process, Marine Corps Planning Process, Navy Planning Process, or Air Force Planning Process
- Completion of Joint Professional Military Education Phase I
- Completion of Joint Officer Qualification
- Graduate of JOPES Action Officer course
Tasks
- Develop, coordinate, and execute force requests per GFM policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain GFM policies across EUCOM AOR.
- Prepare, coordinate, and track rotational and emergent force requirements.
- Develop and present force identification, sourcing, and submission for EUCOM.
- Consolidate directorate inputs for Request for Forces messages.
- Recommend adjustments before Joint Staff validation.
- Identify and resolve internal and external sourcing issues for timely updates and accurate documentation.
- Maintain and update critical sourcing data.
- Coordinate with Combatant Commands on availability, deployment, and redeployment.
