- Ensure harmonization of equipment and infrastructure based on global standards
- Coordinate engineering activities across multiple sites within the OpU
- Monitor and improve engineering KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and energy efficiency
- Ensure GMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance across all engineering operations
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy management and environmental impact reduction
- Promote the adoption of digital tools for predictive maintenance and asset management
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Represent engineering in OpU governance and strategic planning forums
- Lead OpU and plant engineering talent development and succession planning
