Requirements
- 5+ years Demand-Gen experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Developing marketing strategies for Outbound motion
- Generating demand with Enterprise accounts
- Creating global “one-to-many” Account-Based Marketing campaigns
- Building programmatic marketing campaigns
- Working within a “growth” mindset
- Hands-on: writing copy, building landing pages, testing tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluent English
Tasks
- Define global demand generation strategy
- Lead cross-functional marketing teams (GTM Pods)
- Make decisions on demand generation initiatives
- Contribute to monthly reports and leadership discussions
- Justify spending decisions and marketing ROI
- Manage demand generation budget allocation
- Maximize cost-efficiency and marketing ROI
- Define ABM campaign structure, hypotheses, and targeting
- Build and maintain ABM funnel framework and rules
- Launch campaigns quickly and test relentlessly
- Refine campaigns based on real-world feedback
- Develop key campaign assets (ads, emails, landing pages)
- Partner with Content Team for asset localization
- Orchestrate multi-touch and multi-channel campaigns
- Activate campaigns across digital ads, email, and gifting
- Use AI and martech for personalized messaging
- Tailor campaigns to account segments
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness
- Identify optimization opportunities
- Codify successful strategies into repeatable models
- Collaborate with BDR team on ABM outreach
- Ensure ABM signals inform BDR outreach
- Collaborate with AE team on MQL follow-up
- Ensure MQLs are worked promptly and expertly
- Win the pipeline created
