- •5+ years of experience in quota-carrying roles or equivalent sales consulting experience
- •4+ years of experience managing C-suite level clients
- •Experience working cross-functionally to build strategy in EMEA
- •Success selling to senior talent and learning executives
- •Proven success in selling disruptive technology
- •Client success approach to maintain legacy revenues
- •Experience closing new business accounts and managing existing accounts
- •Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- •Demonstrated ability to generate a plan for global accounts
