Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German
  • 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying roles or equivalent sales consulting experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing C-suite level clients
  • Experience working cross-functionally to build strategy in EMEA
  • Success selling to senior talent and learning executives
  • Proven success in selling disruptive technology
  • Client success approach to maintain legacy revenues
  • Experience closing new business accounts and managing existing accounts
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate a plan for global accounts
