- Strong English skills
- Degree or background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar
- 2–3 years helpdesk or system administration experience
- Experience in medium to large businesses
- Experience supporting business clients (B2B environment)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Windows Operating Systems knowledge
- Networking (LAN/WAN) knowledge
- Microsoft productivity tools knowledge
- Active Directory & Directory Services knowledge
- Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint knowledge
- Office applications knowledge
- Skype for Business / Teams knowledge
- MCSE or Cisco certifications (advantageous)
Tasks
- Troubleshoot technical issues for Microsoft business clients
- Handle cases via email, chat, and phone
- Log and manage cases in internal systems
- Investigate root causes and provide structured solutions
- Escalate complex cases appropriately
- Maintain strong professional relationships with business customers
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction through technical expertise and communication
