  • Experience supporting business clients (B2B environment)

  • Networking (LAN/WAN) knowledge
  • Microsoft productivity tools knowledge
  • Active Directory & Directory Services knowledge
  • Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint knowledge

  • Skype for Business / Teams knowledge
  • MCSE or Cisco certifications (advantageous)

Tasks

  • Troubleshoot technical issues for Microsoft business clients
  • Handle cases via email, chat, and phone
  • Log and manage cases in internal systems
  • Investigate root causes and provide structured solutions
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with business customers
  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction through technical expertise and communication
