Tasks
- Coordinate post-sale customer experience
- Enable customers to achieve outcomes
- Make HubSpot value visible to customers
- Drive product adoption of existing tools
- Remove roadblocks for customers
- Proactively manage risk
- Identify opportunities for new products and services
- Work with leadership to understand team functions and challenges
- Set up customers for long-term growth
- Oversee customer experience for 30-40 high-value accounts
- Build deep relationships at all customer levels
- Ensure alignment with customer business goals and use cases
- Develop long-term partnerships with customers
- Use strategic thinking and consultative problem solving
- Help customers achieve measurable business outcomes
- Maximize customer ROI with HubSpot
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams
- Develop and execute success plans
- Align stakeholders on growth strategies and risk mitigation
- Create and deliver Executive Business Reviews
- Present strategic consultations
- Support optimal adoption of HubSpot platform
- Act as a customer advocate
- Develop adoption roadmaps
- Identify and remove adoption barriers
- Create and deliver success plans with clear outcomes
- Align internal resources to support customer initiatives
- Demonstrate resilience and perseverance
- Travel onsite for strategic consulting
- Demonstrate impact on program development
