German Customer Service Representative - Automotive Insurance Sector(m/w/x)
Telephone consultations for automotive insurance, preparing cross-selling offers, and managing customer data. Native or C2 German fluency required. Full relocation package, Great Place to Work certified environment.
Requirements
- Native or C2 level German (excellent written and spoken)
- Solid B2 level English for internal systems and training
- Strong listening techniques
- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain language
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Calm and professional during challenging claims or inquiries
- Comfortable navigating CRM platforms
- Comfortable navigating Windows-based environments
- Typing speed of ≥ 25 wpm
- Minimum high school diploma
- Valid EU Citizenship (EU Passport or National ID card required)
Tasks
- Provide telephone consultations on vehicle insurance
- Prepare cross-selling offers for liability, accident, and property insurance
- Input and manage address updates
- Handle account changes with precision
- Process SEPA mandates accurately
- Assist customers in registering for the digital self-service portal
- Schedule consultation appointments (VORC)
- Process incoming documents on time
