Tasks

  • •Manage daily operations of the Soho Home Berlin Studio
  • •Drive sales and enhance the Soho House experience
  • •Lead the team and provide real-time feedback on customer experience
  • •Train and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • •Ensure expert product knowledge among team members
  • •Achieve KPIs in alignment with company strategy
  • •Recruit a passionate sales team focused on customer service
  • •Innovate ways to meet KPIs and report sales data accurately
  • •Conduct monthly financial reviews to ensure P&L and EBITDA targets are met
  • •Create seasonal training sessions to enhance product knowledge
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership to improve customer service
  • •Order and manage products and materials for the store
  • •Perform monthly stock takes to ensure stock accuracy
  • •Become an expert in Soho Home's interior design and style
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards with a commercial focus
  • •Build relationships with stakeholders across internal departments
