- •Fluency in English; German is a strong plus

- •Ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding
- •Act as the main point of contact for Account Managers post-onboarding
- •Coordinate onboarding responsibilities for enterprise and fund customers
- •Execute complex post-close operations processes
- •Manage capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting
- •Collaborate with module owners to improve workflows
- •Support onboarding for fund migrations and new fund setups
- •Manage entity setup and LP onboarding
- •Execute capital call and reporting setup for a Fund
- •Familiarize with and utilize all internal tools
- •Provide initial improvement suggestions for onboarding and migration processes
