• 15 years+ experience in financial services in a leadership role
• Technical knowledge of fund accounting activities and regulations
• Experience interfacing at a senior level with clients and regulators

Tasks

• Manage the delivery of accounting services to clients in Germany
• Oversee multiple service teams on SimCorp for daily net asset value calculations
• Maintain client books and records according to accounting standards
• Engage with and oversee the Poland Outsource Service Provider
• Participate in the EMEA FA Leadership Team for broader responsibilities
• Own third-party Fund Accounting applications like SimCorp
• Ensure services meet contractual and client service level agreements
• Focus on client outcomes and problem-solving
• Communicate and cooperate with the organization for shared success
• Deliver services with high accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure timely and accurate NAV calculations
• Document and adhere to operating policies and controls
• Track key metrics and performance indicators for service delivery
• Identify opportunities for transformation and capacity creation
• Drive productivity and operational effectiveness
• Manage financial performance against operating plans and forecasts
• Represent Fund Accounting in client meetings and presentations
• Plan and execute business continuity strategies
• Develop a scalable and resilient operating model
• Lead and develop a large team to foster high performance
• Create effective communication and talent development strategies
• Support compliance and internal audit reviews without overdue actions
