Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in Germany/Europe
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in financial/management accounting
- Strong understanding of financial closing, reporting standards, tax coordination
- Fluent Korean and German (spoken and written)
- Strong ERP knowledge, ideally SAP experience
- Prior experience in audit firm or external audit (advantageous)
- Structured, reliable, detail-oriented working style, strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural environment
Tasks
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statement preparation
- Manage external financial audits
- Support tax audits and compliance reviews
- Respond to inquiries from relevant authorities
- Coordinate with local tax advisors
- Manage tax agents across multiple EU countries
- Oversee SAP-based accounting operations
- Review and approve journal entries
- Initiate continuous process improvement
- Prepare P&L forecasts
- Perform variance analysis
- Communicate with global headquarters
- Prepare regular management reports
- Conduct financial analyses
- Provide ad-hoc business insights
- Support general administrative functions
- Coordinate HR activities
- Handle office administration
