- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and pain points
- Translate client needs into functional designs and advise on solutions
- Leverage deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time for robust solutions
- Guide project implementation teams to ensure alignment with standards
- Work closely with sales for pre-sales activities
- Collaborate with operations and IT for seamless solution delivery and maintenance
- Train and mentor junior colleagues
- Distribute competencies to less experienced team members
- Reduce hours and costs for delivering standard units of measure
