Description

In this role, you will bridge engineering and partnerships by executing technical integrations and collaborating closely with external partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building solutions, addressing challenges, and enhancing documentation to support future integrations.

Requirements

• •Strong full-stack software engineering fundamentals
• •Comfort working as a generalist across backend, APIs, frontend, and infrastructure
• •Experience in building, consuming, or supporting API-based integrations
• •Experience with Python and TypeScript
• •Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces
• •Good judgment around scope and trade-offs
• •Confidence engaging with partners in technical contexts
• •Mindset oriented toward making others successful
• •Experience translating loosely defined needs into technical solutions
• •Comfort embedding closely with teams outside your own
• •Clear communication skills for technical concepts

Tasks

• •Own the end-to-end technical execution of partner integrations
• •Work with external partners to understand their technical environments
• •Design practical integration approaches
• •Build production-quality solutions across backend and infrastructure
• •Act as a technical counterpart in partner discussions
• •Clarify integration possibilities and trade-offs
• •Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and team to shape work priorities
• •Decide between targeted solutions and broader platform capabilities
• •Identify and resolve technical risks and blockers in integrations
• •Provide insights from partner work to inform team discussions
• •Improve developer-facing documentation and integration patterns
• •Occasionally travel for hands-on collaboration with partners
