- Keep records of inspections, registrations, and insurance
- Work with mechanics and vendors for repairs
- Help maintain a safe work environment
- Support weekly KPIs and report issues
- Join TAPA FSR audit team
- Travel to other sites for fleet audits
- Monitor fuel usage and implement cost savings
- Manage maintenance and repair expenses
- Assess and recommend vehicle purchases or leases
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback
- Ensure drivers maintain licenses and certifications
- Maintain logs of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel
- Use fleet management software for tracking
