- Proven experience in European deliveries
- Fluent English
- Very strong communication skills
- Computer skills for handheld technologies
- Demonstration of listed competencies
- Right to work in the EU/EEA
- High School or equivalent education
Tasks
- Collect and deliver products on schedule
- Report to Operations Manager daily
- Complete all digital and manual documentation
- Keep documentation updated and share as needed
- Maintain customer service levels
- Act professionally with clients and colleagues
- Adhere to all performance regulations and standards
- Follow route and time schedules
- Notify immediately of any schedule changes
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle
- Notify immediately of any vehicle issues
- Manage multiple customer and supplier needs
- Ensure accurate warehouse, haulage, distribution, and shipping documentation
- Perform general administration daily
- Comply with all tachograph requirements
- Perform other assigned duties
