In this role, you will drive financial transparency by analyzing performance metrics and optimizing costs, while ensuring seamless partner invoicing and data-driven reporting for the company.

Requirements

• •Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related
• •3+ years experience in FP&A or Controlling
• •Advanced Excel skills
• •Strong financial modeling skills
• •Confidence working with BI tools
• •Understanding of P&L and gross margin
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Business acumen and commercial mindset
• •Structured and process-oriented working style
• •Ability to communicate complex financial topics
• •Proactive, hands-on mentality

Tasks

• •Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
• •Perform variance analysis and KPI tracking
• •Identify trends, risks, and performance drivers
• •Support quarterly business reviews with department heads
• •Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for management
• •Monitor profitability by product and business unit
• •Identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities
• •Evaluate pricing strategies and business models
• •Manage controlling instruments and reporting structures
• •Control the invoicing process for platform partners
• •Ensure accuracy in financial partner reporting
