Requirements
- •Field Service experience in the Semiconductor Business
- •Knowledge of equipment fault detection, electrical, mechanical, and software experience
- •Experience in Semiconductor applications
- •College/University degree or several years of professional experience in engineering / E&I
- •Ability to work unsupervised yet within a team setting
- •Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills
- •Ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- •Ability to travel regularly throughout Europe, approximately 40% of the time
Education
Bachelor's degree
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Install new tools in the European region
- •Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of Metrology and Inspection tools
- •Respond to tool downtime situations in Europe
- •Address maintenance requests as needed
- •Provide requested documentation and feedback to the US factory
- •Offer feedback to the sales team for potential leads
- •Deliver Applications feedback for continuous product improvement
