- •Install and configure technical equipment and components
- •Ensure smooth start-up and reliable equipment operation
- •Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose technical issues
- •Execute repairs to minimize downtime and optimize performance
- •Deliver training sessions for customers
- •Prepare technical documentation and accurate service reports
- •Liaise between customers and internal teams
- •Support sales with technical expertise and spare parts
- •Develop customized solutions for customer needs
