You will drive the energy transition forward by maintaining critical HVDC systems and converter stations, ensuring operational safety and efficiency across diverse international locations.

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship in electronics or mechatronics
  • Ideally technician or master craftsman training
  • Self-directed and motivated expert
  • Initiative, assertiveness, and willingness to learn
  • High level of customer orientation
  • German and English language skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Driving license class B
  • Multicultural attitude

Tasks

  • Maintain and repair high and low voltage equipment
  • Service HVDC platforms and converter station components
  • Perform maintenance on automation and communication systems
  • Service safety and other electrotechnical systems
  • Troubleshoot plant issues on short notice
  • Document all activities using maintenance software
  • Adhere to internal and statutory safety regulations
  • Supervise and inspect contracted service providers
