As a Service Engineer, you will engage in the maintenance and servicing of automation and safety systems on converter stations and offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while troubleshooting and documenting your work.

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, energy & building services engineering, automation technology of mechatronics
  • Further training as a technician or master craftsman
  • Self-directed and motivated expert
  • Command of German and English at level B1
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel at home and abroad
  • Driving license class B
  • Multicultural attitude

Tasks

  • Perform planned maintenance on automation systems
  • Service communication and safety systems
  • Maintain high and low voltage equipment
  • Troubleshoot plant issues promptly
  • Document activities using maintenance software
  • Adhere to internal safety specifications and regulations
  • Supervise contracted service providers during maintenance
  • Inspect work and services performed by contractors
