In this role, you will engage directly with customers, performing maintenance and installations of Infusion and Pyxis products while providing technical support and training. A proactive approach will help enhance service functions and identify new revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Technical degree in Electronic or Biomedical
  • Experience as Biomedical Technician, ideally in Medical devices or new starter from school
  • Fluency in German and good knowledge of English, both oral and written
  • Strong technical orientation and troubleshooting ability
  • Good skills in MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of MSSQL Database and PL/SQL scripting
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into operational excellence
  • Performance orientation and ability to meet targets
  • Ability to travel 70%
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to train others on technical matters
  • Effective interaction with all levels of staff in problem solving
  • Team player working closely with Sales and Customer Service

Tasks

  • Perform maintenance on Infusion & Pyxis products
  • Install and implement CFN Infusion products
  • Provide sales support at customer sites
  • Manage the technical hotline
  • Conduct technical training sessions
  • Coordinate service contracts
  • Oversee service provider coordination
  • Handle service administration tasks
  • Develop technical service relationships with sales and customer service
  • Act as the technical expert for product installation and maintenance
  • Offer technical support for contract and tender quotations
  • Represent the country for infusion pumps and Pyxis products
  • Propose organizational changes to optimize GCS processes
  • Identify opportunities for additional service revenue
  • Contribute to GCS standardization efforts
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures and protocols
  • Maintain service communication literature in line with brand identity and regulatory requirements
