Tasks

  • Own field marketing execution across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Drive pipeline growth through events, campaigns, and partner marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, events, roundtables, and webinars
  • Own the regional marketing calendar
  • Coordinate local vendors
  • Deliver campaigns end-to-end
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with Sales priorities
  • Lead participation in key trade fairs and industry events
  • Manage the full event lifecycle
  • Coordinate post-event lead nurture
  • Identify and evaluate new high-impact event opportunities
  • Execute joint marketing initiatives with channel partners
  • Co-create campaigns with partners
  • Co-host events with partners
  • Support partner enablement initiatives
  • Ensure partner marketing activities contribute to pipeline targets
  • Localize global campaigns, content, and messaging
  • Ensure linguistic quality and cultural relevance
  • Adapt value propositions and positioning for DACH
  • Define shared targets and priority accounts with Sales leadership
  • Deliver measurable lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Participate in regional pipeline reviews
  • Adjust marketing plans based on commercial feedback
  • Manage the regional event and campaign budget
  • Ensure efficient allocation across activities
  • Track performance and measure ROI
  • Share insights and recommendations with leadership
  • Identify and activate customer success stories
  • Support initiatives for new customer acquisition
  • Support initiatives for customer expansion
  • Provide insights on local market dynamics
  • Provide insights on competitor activity
  • Provide insights on audience trends
  • Provide insights on partner ecosystems
  • Share learnings and best practices with the broader team
