Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise DACH customers
  • Lead commercial onboarding for new customers
  • Align stakeholders on goals and success metrics
  • Ensure strong adoption and fast time-to-value
  • Run structured, outcome-led customer conversations
  • Demonstrate ongoing impact and ROI
  • Own renewals end-to-end
  • Identify and mitigate renewal risks early
  • Position renewals as a non-event
  • Spot and execute growth opportunities
  • Conduct pricing, contracting, and negotiations
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Communicate value and business outcomes effectively
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts and pipelines
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams
