Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or higher
  • •HT or HTL certification
  • •3–5 years clinical laboratory experience
  • •Understanding of histology laboratory workflows
  • •Ability to lead and develop teams
  • •Resolving issues on complex laboratory instrumentation
  • •Strong customer-facing communication skills
  • •Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • •Capability of working independently
  • •Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • •Technical writing skills
  • •Willingness to travel up to 75%
  • •Clean driving licence
  • •Experience in information technology field (advantageous)

Tasks

  • •Lead on-site application support for diagnostic automation systems
  • •Manage installations, network interfacing, and post-installation support
  • •Guide and develop the applications support team
  • •Oversee complex escalations to ensure timely resolution
  • •Track performance metrics like response and resolution times
  • •Execute instrument installations and demos in assigned territories
  • •Provide technical training for customers on pathology instrumentation
  • •Handle product replacement requests and document complaints
  • •Prepare work orders and periodic performance trend reports
  • •Collaborate with R&D to validate new product solutions
  • •Identify revenue opportunities and provide accurate product information
