Tasks
- Support scientists in DACH region
- Conduct on-site installations and trainings
- Provide application support and repairs
- Offer remote and on-site technical assistance
- Lead product demonstrations and workshops
- Help customers troubleshoot and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with sales and product teams
- Share customer feedback for product development
- Expand knowledge of life science trends
- Use software tools for lab instruments
- Maintain CRM systems
- Perform basic repairs on DISPENDIX products
Work Experience

- Master's degree
