Requirements
- •Experience in customer-facing genomics roles
- •Advanced degree in molecular biology, genomics, or undergraduate degree with relevant experience
- •Experience in next generation sequencing library preparation
- •Effective communication of technical details
- •Comfort in fast-paced startup environments
- •Residence in Northern/Central Germany or Benelux
- •Willingness and ability to travel
- •Experience in single-cell RNA-seq assays preferred
- •Experience with cell culture and sample preparation preferred
- •Experience in bioinformatic analysis preferred

Bachelor's degree
Tasks
- •Act as a scientific liaison for customers
- •Consult on single cell experimental design
- •Train customers on kit protocols and workflows
- •Perform troubleshooting for customer experiments
- •Provide ongoing technical support and follow-up
- •Communicate customer feedback to internal product teams
- •Contribute to technical documentation and presentations
- •Monitor market shifts in single cell genomics
- •Deliver scientific presentations at technical events
