Requirements

  • •2 to 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
  • •Solid understanding and hands-on experience with optoelectronic systems, HPC hardware, or embedded systems
  • •Experience with system assembly, testing, and troubleshooting using standard lab equipment
  • •Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • •Experience creating training materials, webinars, or technical enablement content
  • •Fluency in English; German or another European language is a plus
  • •Willingness to travel during product development and customer deployment phases
  • •Prior experience in a startup or early-stage venture with familiarity with AI/ML workloads or HPC applications

Tasks

  • •Support R&D in developing and assembling photonic servers
  • •Act as the primary technical interface for customers
  • •Provide pre- and post-sales support and training
  • •Troubleshoot photonic computing systems
  • •Create technical documentation and application notes
  • •Develop setup guides and training materials
  • •Provide structured feedback to R&D and production teams
  • •Coordinate with R&D, sales, and operations
  • •Manage customer projects from specification to deployment
  • •Represent Q.ANT at trade shows and conferences
