As a Fashion Learning Partner, you will enhance the skills of Fashion Advisors through tailored training programs, ensuring they meet client needs while embodying the brand vision. This role involves coordinating learning activities, delivering engaging sessions, and supporting team development in a dynamic boutique environment.

Requirements

• •At least 5 years of experience in retail environment
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Strong organizational skills
• •Team-oriented with demonstrated team spirit
• •High level of trustworthiness, integrity, and ethics
• •Decisive and performance-oriented
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Skilled with digital tools (Office Suite, LMS)

Tasks

• •Oversee local learning activities in Zurich boutiques
• •Develop expertise of Fashion Advisors
• •Plan and deliver face-to-face and digital training
• •Adapt training programs to meet boutique requirements
• •Coordinate and implement learning programs and materials
• •Prepare and facilitate training sessions for collections and onboarding
• •Adapt global and regional learning strategies to boutique needs
• •Gather and communicate feedback from boutiques
• •Define and implement a learning plan with Sales Managers
• •Organize and maintain a learning calendar
• •Contribute to action plans for improving client experience
• •Ensure development of strategic topics
• •Report on activity to Boutique Management and Regional Learning Team
• •Deliver learning sessions in boutiques
• •Promote digital tools for learning
• •Engage boutique expertise to co-facilitate learning sessions
• •Support integration of new team members
• •Assess skills acquired during training
• •Provide on-the-floor support and coaching sessions
