Facility Coordinator(m/w/x)
Monitoring building operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors for client issue resolution. Strong communication in German and basic financial understanding required. Daily operational support, direct client and contractor engagement.

- Ability to understand contracts and management agreements
- Strong judgment and interpersonal skills
- German language
- Ability to communicate clearly, use a computer, move around the workspace, and remain seated for extended periods
Tasks
- Provide day-to-day facility management support
- Monitor building operations
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Create, assign, and track work orders
- Verify invoices and process payments
- Support site inspections and ensure compliance
- Maintain communication with clients, landlords, and vendors
- Monitor vendor performance and train on processes
- Assist with complex issues like environmental concerns
- Schedule and document maintenance activities
- Support reporting of KPIs and service level performance
- Provide helpdesk support for facility-related requests
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Coordinate special events
