Expert Solution Consultant – Data & Insights(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve delivering impactful presentations, leading workshops, and translating data into strategic insights that drive success.

Requirements

• •Deep expertise in customer data, omnichannel analytics, personalization, and digital marketing technologies
• •Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud or similar platforms
• •Proven ability to build and present use cases, value propositions, and ROI models
• •Experience engaging with large enterprises (e.g., DAX 30 companies)
• •Excellent communication skills in German and English
• •Willingness to travel across the Central European Region
• •Hands-on experience with SaaS/cloud technologies, web/app analytics, and personalization engines
• •Familiarity with digital ecosystems including web, mobile, CRM, email, IoT, and media destinations
• •A background in solution selling and conducting impactful software demonstrations
